Write a Prisoner: Mail and JPay Email (Michigan DOC)

Official Michigan DOC mail guidance. All incoming personal mail including envelopes is photocopied in black and white, the copy is delivered to the prisoner and the originals are shredded. Only one photo per page may be sent and photo collages are prohibited.
