Visiting applications moved to a fully electronic process for all adult facilities on August 4, 2025, and the page reports processing running at roughly 14 weeks. Visiting status is never disclosed over the phone. The page posts the statewide visiting room rules and visiting restriction documents in English and Spanish, notarised minor escort authorisation and minor child documentation forms, facility scheduling phone numbers, the holiday closure list, and a victim-visiting section explaining that an active protective order or no-contact directive prohibits visitation.
