Video Visit Expectations (Washington DOC)

Official Washington DOC guidance on video visits, dated September 2025. Video visits must be scheduled by the approved visitor through the vendor a minimum of twenty-four hours in advance. Covers expectations for visitor conduct during the visit, circumstances in which a visit may be cancelled due to facility need or availability, and grounds for suspension or termination of video visiting.
