Telephone Calls (NY DOCCS)

Official New York DOCCS page on incarcerated individual telephone calls. Each person receives three free calls of up to fifteen minutes each week, may keep up to fifteen numbers on an approved list, and can call daily between 7am and 11pm. Covers monitoring and recording, prohibited call types including third-party and call forwarding, and the thirty-minute cap applying after the free weekly calls are used.
