Support or Oppose Parole for an Incarcerated Person (North Carolina)

The North Carolina Post Release Supervision and Parole Commission provides an online form for anyone who wants to tell the Commission they support or oppose parole for a specific person. The form requires the offender's name and offender number, which can be looked up through the NCDAC Offender Public Information database, along with the submitter's name, company or affiliation, phone number, mailing address and email, plus a message field where the page asks for information the submitter wants the Commission to take into consideration.
