Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Reporting (Arkansas DOC)

The Arkansas Department of Corrections PREA page sets out the department's zero-tolerance policy and links Administrative Rule 0413 and Secretarial Directive 2026-01, which govern prohibiting, preventing, detecting and responding to sexual abuse and sexual misconduct, including the right to be free from retaliation for reporting. The page states AR DOC accepts all reports whether made verbally, in writing, anonymously, or from third parties, and that there is no time limit on when an incident can be reported. Reports can be made directly to the facility where the person is housed, by mail to DOC Headquarters, Attn: PREA Coordinator, 1302 Pike Ave., Suite C, North Little Rock, AR 72114, or through the PREA reporting form embedded on the page.
