Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Reporting (Arizona DOC)

Arizona's ADCRR PREA page states the department has a zero-tolerance policy and accepts all reports of sexual abuse or sexual harassment whether made verbally, in writing, anonymously or from third parties, with all allegations investigated by the ADCRR Office of Inspector General. Inmates may report verbally to any staff member, call the PREA hotline, write to the Office of the Inspector General's PREA Unit, or use the anonymous third-party reporting mechanism through the Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (PO Box 18292, Phoenix, AZ 85005). Friends and family may write to the ADCRR Office of Inspector General at 801 S. 16th St. Suite 1, Phoenix, AZ 85034.
