PREA Reporting Contacts (Colorado DOC)

This Colorado Department of Corrections page lists the specific channels for reporting an alleged incident of sexual assault, sexual abuse, sexual misconduct or sexual harassment on behalf of an incarcerated person. Reports may be mailed to Attn: PREA Administrator, 1250 Academy Park Loop, Colorado Springs, CO 80910; emailed to doc_prea_program@state.co.us; or phoned in to the PREA Reporting line at 1-855-855-0611 or the toll-free TIPS line at 877-DOC-TIPS (877-362-8477). A downloadable PREA Incident Report Form can be emailed or printed and mailed to the same address. The page advises reporting parties that the allegation may be discussed with the named victim, that it will be disclosed only to those who need to know to ensure victim safety and investigate, and that as much detail as possible about victims, suspects, date, location and the incident should be included.
