Phone Calls (Washington DOC)

No application or verification is needed to receive calls from an incarcerated person, who must initiate the call since incoming calls cannot be received. Calls are limited to twenty minutes, families can fund a prepaid account so calls can be received, three-way calling and call forwarding are prohibited, and all calls may be monitored or recorded except unmonitored legal calls.
