Offender Calling and Video Visits (West Virginia DCR)

This West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation page identifies the vendor families must use to call or video visit someone in WVDCR custody. The division has contracted with GettingOut to provide both calling and video visits, and the page links the GettingOut website along with the GO Visits apps for iOS and Android devices. It also links a WVDCR video visits guide with support numbers for families setting up accounts or troubleshooting a visit.
