Northern Nevada Correctional Center Visiting Information (Nevada DOC)

Nevada DOC visiting page for Northern Nevada Correctional Center in Carson City, showing how NDOC facility visiting works in practice. All visits are by appointment only and are scheduled by emailing the facility's visitation address, which the page says is the preferred method, with a facility phone number also listed. Visitors are not allowed on the property until 10:00 am, parking along either side of Snyder Avenue is prohibited, and a visitor who signs the visitor log and then departs before their visit will not be allowed to visit that day. A unit-by-unit schedule table lists visiting days and two-hour time blocks for units 1 through 10, with instructions to check in 30 minutes before the scheduled visitation time. The page also carries NDOC's notice that the visiting schedule at all NDOC facilities was moved to a week on, week off rotation.
