North Dakota DOCR PREA - How to Make a Report

The North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation page explaining how adults in custody, juveniles, staff and citizens can report sexual abuse, sexual harassment and retaliation privately to agency officials. It lists six reporting options for people in custody: verbal reporting to any staff member, third-party reporting, sending a letter to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, submitting a grievance form, calling an internal toll-free recorded hotline, and submitting an anonymous report to the North Dakota Highway Patrol. For family, friends and members of the public, the page publishes site-by-site PREA contact information, naming the PREA Compliance Manager and the Warden with their email addresses and mailing addresses for Heart River Correctional Center, James River Correctional Center, Missouri River Correctional Center, the North Dakota State Penitentiary and the North Dakota Youth Correctional Center, along with the agency PREA Coordinator. It also links the Dakota Women's Correctional and Rehabilitation Center reporting information and the DOCR PREA audit and annual report pages.
