New Hampshire DOC Contact Page - Filing Complaints and PREA Reports

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections contact page explains how members of the public can file a complaint about the department and how to make a third-party PREA report. It states that complaints should be submitted by mail addressed to Attention Public Information/Complaints, or emailed to the department's complaints address, so that they are correctly documented, and gives the mailing address as New Hampshire Department of Corrections, PO Box 1806, Concord, NH 03302-1806. To report sexual abuse on behalf of an incarcerated person under the Prison Rape Elimination Act, the page directs people to email the information to the department. It also lists the Public Information Office at (603) 271-5602 for general inquiries and Right-to-Know requests, the main department line (603) 271-5600, the physical address at 64 South Street in Concord, and a detailed explanation of how to make a records request under RSA 91-A. The page notes the department cannot release resident information without a signed consent form from the resident.
