Missouri Attorney General: Sunshine Law (Missouri)

The Missouri Attorney General's Sunshine Law page explains the state's open records law, based on Chapter 610 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri. Requests go to the public body that holds the records (the AG's own records via sunshinerequest@ago.mo.gov), written requests are recommended, and the Attorney General is authorized to pursue enforcement of the law and review complaints.
