Mail Rules and the Digital Mail Center (Missouri DOC)

Missouri DOC page on sending mail to someone in a state prison. Effective July 1, 2022 personal postal mail is no longer accepted at Division of Adult Institutions facilities; it must be sent to the offender's name and DOC ID care of the Digital Mail Center-Missouri DOC, PO Box 25678, Tampa, FL 33622-5678, where it is scanned and made available on the offender's media player or printed and delivered. Mail must not exceed 10 items per envelope, should be in blue or black ink, and needs a return address. Greeting cards are not allowed unless purchased through the vendor. Privileged and legal mail, pre-approved certified mail, publications sent directly from a publisher or vendor, and visitor applications still go to the facility. Senders whose mail is rejected may request independent review by the warden within 30 days.
