Missouri Department of Corrections page on depositing into an offender's personal funds account, which pays for phone time, clothing, legal and writing supplies, small appliances, hygiene items and snacks. Electronic deposits go through JPay by website, the free JPay Mobile app for Android and iPhone, the toll-free line 800-574-5729, or cash at MoneyGram locations using receive code 2439. Alternatively a money order or cashier's check made payable to the Missouri Department of Corrections and accompanied by a department deposit slip can be mailed to the Offender Finance Office, P.O. Box 1609, Jefferson City, MO 65102, which processes money transactions only; mailed deposits normally complete within 1-3 business days.
