The Arkansas Department of Corrections works with two deposit providers, CorrectPay and Access Corrections, to put money into a resident's Trust Account or Pre-Pay Phone Service Account. CorrectPay takes deposits online, through its Apple and Google Play apps, and by automated telephone on (501) 474-6460, with account setup help at 1-855-836-3364; the page states deposits post within 30 minutes. Access Corrections accepts Mastercard and Visa online and in its app, has live bilingual agents on 866-345-1884, and supports cash deposits at CVS, Dollar General, Family Dollar, 7-Eleven and Walgreens after registering for a barcode at cashpaytoday.com. A banner at the top of the page states paper money orders are no longer accepted after May 31, 2025.
