Inmate Accounts and Trust Fund Deposits (Connecticut DOC)

Connecticut Department of Correction page explaining the four ways the Inmate Trust Fund accepts funds: U.S. mail plus electronic deposits through JPay, TouchPay (ctdoc.net) and Western Union. The page states it is no longer necessary to be on an inmate's visitor list in order to send funds. Mailed money orders and certified or cashier's checks must be payable to the inmate and accompanied by complete remitter information - the inmate's first name, middle initial and last name, inmate number and date of birth, plus the sender's full name and address - and mailed to Inmate Trust Fund, P.O. Box 290800, Wethersfield, CT 06129-0800. Cards, letters, photos and notes must not be enclosed and will not be forwarded. Account information is available on 860-692-7670.
