Incarcerated Individual Care Package Services (Maryland DPSCS)

Maryland DPSCS page on the Access Securepak care package program, which allows family members and friends to send pre-approved packages to incarcerated individuals. Orders can be placed online at marylandpackage.com, by phone on 1-800-546-6283, or by mail to Access Securepak (MD), 10880 Linpage Place, St. Louis, MO 63132. Accepted payment is Visa, MasterCard or Discover, prepaid cards with a verifiable United States address, cashier's check or money order; personal checks are not accepted and are returned to the sender. The limit is a maximum $100 of product per incarcerated individual per quarter, with multiple orders consolidated so as not to exceed that cap, and 6 percent sales tax applies to hygiene, candy and processing fees. Eligibility is verified before packages ship.
